Shipping policy

All orders are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper (free of charge) and can be sent directly to your gift recipient. All packaging is 100% plastic free and recyclable. 

Orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class within the UK, and Royal Mail Tracked for international orders. UK and International orders will receive a tracking number.

Orders are sent without Mamacha logos or brand information on the packaging to avoid spoiling any surprises!

Shipping to USA is Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means that you will not incur additional import duties or customs charges after your order is shipped. They are included in the price you pay at checkout, and we pay them for you in advance, so you can shop with peace of mind!
