I was devastated when my crocheted hat (a Christmas gift) mysteriously disappeared from the gym changing room on a bitterly cold day. Cross though I was, I do understand why it was so desirable: the softness and warmth of it almost make me wishing for the wintry weather and a reason to wear it. I'm delighted to now have its replacement and will be taking great care not to lose this one. Thanks to Amy for getting it to me so quickly and every good wish for the continuing support of Mamacha for the workers of Peru!

Just wearing my newest, 3rd shawl, alpaca and silk combination, very warm and easy, aed with an added luxurious feel... very, very pleased and toastie! Would love to see more shawls/ and colour combinations on the website....

I was bought a charcoal zip neck jumper for Christmas. Unfortunately it was too big, but Amy agreed to swap it without a moments hesitation (even though I had no receipt)and there was no postage charge for the re-sending of the smaller size - a superb service and a lovely snug jumper too! My husband loves his charcoal grey jumper, bought at Eton Action Fair this year. It is wonderfully warm whilst being light to wear. Fantastic that it is an ethical clothing product as well - not easy to find at such a good price. About to buy him the same in the green!
