How much does delivery cost?
UK postage is £3 per order. EU postage costs £7 per order, and postage to the rest of the world is £9. Shipping outside the EU may incur additional import duties or customs charges.
When will my order arrive?
During January 2015 orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving your order, (slower than normal due to annual leave). However, if your order is urgent please state this at checkout and we will do our best to post it to you within two working days. Next day delivery will not be available during January. From February 2015, normal services will resume - your order will normally be dispatched within one working day and should be with you within two working days. Parcels are sent using Royal Mail 1st class as standard. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, or process your payment, you will be notified as soon as possible.

We hope that you will love your Mamacha product but we understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't right. If you wish to return something we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us by email at email@example.com
or by phone on +44 (0)7969 804 779 to arrange a return, as soon as possible after you have opened your Christmas presents! Last date for returns is 15th January 2015. Returned items will only be accepted unused, undamaged and in perfect condition. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. Goods are returned at the purchaser's own cost. The delivery charge and any import duties paid on the original order are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same way that payment was made. For example, if you paid by card the refund will go to the same card that the payment was made on.
