Delivery and Returns
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card or PAYPAL. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Switch and Maestro. All transactions are shown and charged in £ Sterling.

How much does delivery cost?
UK postage is £3 per order. EU postage costs £7 per order, and postage to the rest of the world is £9. Shipping outside the EU may incur additional import duties or customs charges.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will normally be dispatched within one working day and should be with you within two working days. Parcels are sent using Royal Mail 1st class as standard. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, or process your payment, you will be notified as soon as possible.
We hope that you will love your Mamacha product but we understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't right. If you wish to return something we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us by email at email@example.com
or by phone on +44 (0)7969 804 779 within seven days of receiving your goods to arrange a return. Returned items will only be accepted unused, undamaged and in perfect condition within fourteen days of the purchase date. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. Goods are returned at the purchaser's own cost. The delivery charge and any import duties paid on the original order are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same way that payment was made. For example, if you paid by card the refund will go to the same card that the payment was made on.
